中国一项最新研究发现,太极和气功或许将有助于改善个人健康,尤其是心脏疾病、高血压或中风的患者。
研究指出,练习中国传统的运动有助于降低收缩压,同时减低血压,此外,血液中的坏胆固醇和甘油三酯的水平也显著减少,降低心脏疾病的风险。
